Elite Founders LLC, creator of the 2HRDAYS subscription service provides the following refund policy:
1. If you wish to receive a refund, you must request a refund by contacting your coach via email, or customer support at coaching@2hrdays.com – refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial signup.
2. No refunds are provided after the first 14 days, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for canceled accounts. This includes circumstances where you did not use the service in the first 14 days.
3. Elite Founders LLC will continue to charge you on a monthly basis at the initial subscription rate unless you cancel your account by sending an email to coaching@2hrdays.com at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
4. Receipts for services purchased are issued upon request by email to coaching@2hrdays.com
5. Partial refunds for amounts less than a full month membership will not be provided.
6. All coaching call cancellations and reschedule requests must be submitted with a minimum of 24 hours notice before the scheduled call time regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Failure to do so will result in us having your session considered as “completed” and you will only be eligible for a new session next week.
7. No-show calls in which the client does not respond to Elite Founders LLC staff’s attempts to make contact via phone, Skype or email will be considered as “completed calls” and will not be refunded or compensated for in any way by Elite Founders LLC. You need to show up for your calls or give fair notice so we can reschedule in a way that suits you.
